(b) establishing standards for public health education through the formation of an accreditation agency and
(c) strengthening research and policy in areas related to public health.
Job Description / Responsibilities:
* Maintaining Account books, Cash Book, Bank Book, Journal Voucher, Bank Reconciliation Statements, Party Reconciliations, Project/Cost Centre Based Accounts.
• Verifying the bills of vendors/contractors, reimbursement claims, etc.
* Finalization of Accounts, Income & Expenditure Account, Receipt & Payment Account and Balance Sheet.
* Responsible for the preparation & appropriate distribution of various statements required to be submitted to donors on monthly and quarterly basis (Viz. Utilization Statements, etc.) and preparation of MIS Report.
* Taxation - Preparation & Finalization of Income Tax eTDS & Service Tax Returns.
Desired profile of the candidate :
• Post graduation in B.Com/ Inter CA/ CWA
• Knowledge in Tally, MS-Office is a must
• Communication in English and Hindi is preferred
Desired work experience (in complete years): • Minimum: Minimum 5 years experience.
Compensation Offered: Based on current emoluments, qualifications and experience
